4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. We ship to all EU countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Shipping costs may vary to Islands and difficult to reach locations.

4.2. Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs processing.

4.3. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied by their country.

4.4. If a package is returned due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

5.1. Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order (except for custom-made or made-to-order items). To exercise this right, customers must notify us via email.

5.2. Returned items must be in unused, original condition with all packaging intact. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

5.3. We do not accept returns on custom-made or made-to-order items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

5.4. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

5.5. Order cancellations can only be made before the item is shipped. Made-to-order products cannot be canceled once production has started.

6. Warranty and Defective Items

6.1. If a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos as proof.

6.2. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the issue.
