1. Introduction

Welcome to Back To Green Life ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website www.backtogreenlife.com , you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service "Terms". If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Orders and Made-to-Order Products

2.1. Orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion.

2.2. Some products are made to order and require additional processing time before shipment. The estimated production time will be indicated on the product page.

2.3. If an order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, the entire order will be shipped together unless otherwise specified.

3. Pricing and Payments

3.1. All prices are listed in Euro and include applicable VAT where required.

3.2. We accept payments via Credit Card, Bank Transfer or Instalments. Payment must be completed before we process your order.

3.3. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. We ship to all EU countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Shipping costs may vary to Islands and difficult to reach locations.

4.2. Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs processing.

4.3. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied by their country.

4.4. If a package is returned due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

5.1. Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order (except for custom-made or made-to-order items). To exercise this right, customers must notify us via email.

5.2. Returned items must be in unused, original condition with all packaging intact. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

5.3. We do not accept returns on custom-made or made-to-order items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

5.4. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

5.5. Order cancellations can only be made before the item is shipped. Made-to-order products cannot be canceled once production has started.

6. Warranty and Defective Items

6.1. If a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos as proof.

6.2. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the issue.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All content on our website, including images, text, and designs, is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, use, or distribute any content without permission.

8. Liability Limitation

8.1. We are not responsible for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of our products.

8.2. Our maximum liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product.
